fishing not working

Another day out fishing and not working.
Tom 8 fish nill. Thats the kind of score I like when I go fishing.
I should have been working on my boat to get it ready to race but instead I took the afternoon off and went fishing. The idea was to chase up some leather jackets but my tinnie motor was sputtering a bit and I did not trust it to go as far as I needed. So I stayed fairly local.
1st I spent an hour catching tiddlers and throwing them back and loosing hooks. Then the wind blew up and I was onto some nice bream X 3, whiting X 4 and 1 tailor.
I did photograph them with my phone but I can't seem to down load to this site. Never mind they weren't record fish and the tailor looks a bit small on the photo but I do like them grilled so I guess that is fair. They weighed in at 2.7 kgs all up uncleaned so I suppose they don't owe me any money.
$3.30 prawns, $2.50 long shank hooks, $3.00 fuel and of course all the fun I had.
It was another opportunity to be out on the water with a boat and that is about as good as it gets.
